Guilty Pleasure: Generic sour gummy worms from the bodega up the street. They contain no nutritional value and live rent-free in their mind.
Life Philosophy: Finding joy in seemingly mundane things, like wind blowing through trees or a stellar collection of vintage tape cassettes, inspired by Hirayama from “Perfect Days.”
Food Memory: Uncle Sonny’s perfect pesto pasta made with garden ingredients, followed by Grandma Marilyn’s gravity-defying lemon meringue pie. Most of their memories are just food.
